Since I’m a bit blank on ideas at the moment, I figured I’d try to get around to looking over how I create Biotic effects as I’ve been wanting to do that for a while, also conveniently taking the time to merge my three separate Kaidan scene files into a single one.
Hopefully this’ll make them a bit simpler to work with.

when you compare this guy, this biotic glow, the grit in his clenched jaw, to the faint starlight reflecting off the glass and his skin, to the guy who stands and watches the sky with one hand on his hip, forearm pressed to the window—or the guy who says he’s just there for a quick drink, nothing more; the guy who’s voice breaks on we know this is goodbye—you can see why he gets headaches, right? more than just the usual fare. because shepard’s not the only one who’s so many different people all in the same package, whose eyes burn a different color when things get serious. (also, he has a dangerously gorgeous profile in that second shot, doesn’t he?)
*sighs* ruined me for other men.. you and Michael Biehn’s Kyle Reese. Damn it.
Kaidan walked into the bedroom, dark except for the nightlight kept by Shepard’s side of the bed in case she woke up in the middle of the night. He removed his shirt, tossed it onto the back of the chair next to the dresser. His dogtags were kept by the front door so their noise wouldn’t wake her.
